Lead Carpenter / Remodeler
Lead remodeling projects from start to finish. Responsible for framing, trim, cabinetry installation, and finish carpentry. Must have 5+ years of residential remodeling experience and strong leadership skills.
- 5+ years residential remodeling experience
- Proficiency in framing, trim, and finish carpentry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain)
Interior / Exterior Painter
Professional interior and exterior painting for residential remodeling projects. Must have experience with surface preparation, spraying, rolling, and cutting in. Detail-oriented work on high-end finishes.
- 3+ years professional painting experience
- Experience with airless sprayers and HVLP equipment
- Knowledge of paint types, finishes, and prep techniques
- Ability to work at heights (ladders and scaffolding)
- Clean, professional appearance and work habits
Tile Installer
Install ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tile for bathroom and kitchen remodels. Responsible for surface preparation, layout, cutting, setting, and grouting. Precision and attention to detail required.
- 3+ years tile installation experience
- Proficiency with wet saws, tile cutters, and leveling systems
- Experience with shower pan construction and waterproofing
- Ability to work with large-format tiles and mosaics
- Reliable transportation and tools
Project Manager
Manage multiple residential remodeling projects simultaneously. Coordinate crews, materials, schedules, and client communication. Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to RemodelingFX quality standards.
- 3+ years project management in residential construction
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with project management software
- Knowledge of Idaho building codes and permit processes
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites
Sales Estimator
Conduct in-home consultations, measure and scope remodeling projects, and prepare detailed estimates for Boise-area homeowners. Build relationships with clients and guide them through the project planning process.
- 2+ years estimating or sales in residential construction
- Knowledge of remodeling scopes, materials, and pricing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to use estimating software and CRM tools
- Self-motivated with strong follow-up habits
